Hot Stone Massage~

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used throughout the body using oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.

Reiki  ~
Reiki is an energy healing technique that originates from Japan. It helps balance a person's energy, remove energy blockages, and release negative energy. It is based on the unseen "life force energy" or chi that flows through us. Trust as the body allows itself to heal and strengthen with positive energy flow. Treatment is helpful for stress reduction, anxiety, mood disorders, or emotional imbalances. 

How does Reiki work?

Experience the healing power of energy. While lying down on a massage table, fully clothed, the Reiki practitioner will place their hands in various positions across your whole body. The Reiki energy will flow from the practitioner’s hands to your body either while placed slightly above you, or through light touches. Reiki energy is transmitted through the Reiki practitioner from a universal energy source. This process will increase the flow of energy in your body, fixing blockages, or may remove negative energy from your body.

Bamboo Massage ~
For the Deep Tissue fans - Bamboo massage is a technique that incorporates  bamboo sticks of different sizes which provide deep-tissue work. Bamboo sticks are warmed and oiled, which helps the muscles to relax, and soften. Using the bamboo sticks will help to break down muscle tension faster using firm pressure  combined with regular bodywork.
